Sometimes we need help to work through a particularly difficult time or long-held issues and counselling can provide the environment to do that. Counselling can help you explore the reasons for the issues you might be having and what might have brought you there in the first place, all in a safe, supportive, confidential setting. By listening, offering insights and reflections, counselling can help increase self-awareness and self-compassion. It can also help you identify negative patterns and facilitate change.
